Role of HR/Operations Generalist:

The selected candidate will manage the complete employee life cycle from On boarding to exit as per our Information Security guidelines. This  includes the management of Employee and Subcontractor agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements, Internal Communications, scheduling of interviews  and Employee Engagement. The role requires the person to be organized and  maintain confidentiality of information at all times

Some basic Financial responsibilities such as Petty Cash Management and AP related responsibilities are required.

Required Skills

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree . MBA in HR/Finance will be a strong plus 
  • Must have 1 year experience in HR/Finance
  • Must Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a Technology Services company is a plus 
  • Must be a quick learner 

A background verification will be necessary
