Job Description:  

We seek a Fresh MBA grad to be a Sales representative and drive sales of our products/services in India. Following are the details – 

  • Create a pipeline of leads and qualify them 
  • Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services) to leads/prospects
  • Handle leads/prospects inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Always maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Recommend products or services to meet leads/prospects needs.
  • Provide assistance to leads/prospects in selecting products based on their needs.
  • Offer support in resolving leads/prospects issues and concerns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leads/prospects and colleagues.
  • Active listening skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Persuasive and convincing ability
  • Understanding of sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
  • Good Negotiation skills.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with leads/prospects inquiries and complaints.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with leads/prospects.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
