Role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsible for overseeing the activities of the junior quality assurance personnel. required to be hands-on in testing and methodical problem solving regarding the business’s software/product. one leads the development of functionality, regression, and testing solutions as well as the development of test plans for both existing and new software/products.
Required Skills
5-7 Years of Testing experience
Experience in Java or Python for Automation Test scripts
Working knowledge of Selenium or Appium (or any other Tool) in Test Automation in real world projects.
Working knowledge in Functional Testing, GUI Testing, API Testing and Performance Testing.
Experience in Database querying – SQL / MySQL/Other DB
Deep understanding SDLC and Project Documentation
A team player with a flexible attitude
Willingness to learn
Adhere to deadlines in a consistent manner
Desirable Skills
Experience in AGILE development process/projects
Excellent Oral and written Communication skills
Ability to lead and mentor junior test engineers
Ability to influence project teams wherever applicable
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly preferred

Role of Quality Assurance Engineer
Quality Assurance Engineers are responsible for assessing the quality of specifications and technical design documents in order to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback. They are involved in planning and implementing strategies for quality management and testing.
